Signing up for Address Box is simple. Contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we'll guide you through the registration process. You'll need to provide some basic information for verification purposes, after which you'll receive your dedicated Indian shipping address.
Address Box operates on a pay-as-you-go model with no monthly fees. You only pay for the services you use, such as package receiving, consolidation, and international shipping. Our shipping rates are based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
For PAYG users, we offer 20 days of free storage from the date your package is received. After 20 days, a storage fee of ₹10 per package per day will apply.
For Subscription users, there is no limit on storage duration during the subscription period — enjoy uninterrupted storage without additional charges.
We recommend timely consolidation and shipping to optimise your storage and avoid extra fees under the PAYG model.
If a package arrives at our facility damaged, we'll immediately document the damage with photos and notify you. Depending on the extent of the damage, you can decide whether to return the item to the sender (if possible), ship it as is, or dispose of it.
For damage that occurs during international shipping, please note that it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier, and any claims should be taken up directly with them.
Once your package is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our website or directly on the courier's website to monitor your package's journey. We also provide regular status updates via email at key points in the shipping process.
We cannot ship certain prohibited items, including but not limited to: dangerous goods, flammable materials, aerosols, alcohol, tobacco, illegal substances, perishable foods, and certain restricted items that vary by destination country. Additionally, we must comply with international shipping regulations and customs restrictions. Please contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the customs authorities in your country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and will be collected by the delivery courier or customs office upon arrival in your country. We accurately declare all packages to ensure smooth customs clearance.
Address Box is not a licensed courier or logistics provider. Customers may either arrange shipping independently or request that Address Box coordinate shipping with third-party courier services on their behalf.
All shipping is undertaken by external logistics partners.
Address Box acts only as a facilitator and assumes no responsibility or liability for any delay, damage, or loss that may occur during transit.
We assist in shipping to all destinations covered by reputed courier agencies. However, there may be restrictions or limitations for certain countries due to international regulations or courier limitations. Please contact us to confirm shipping availability to your specific destination.
Package consolidation involves combining multiple packages into a single shipment to reduce international shipping costs. When you have multiple packages in our facility, you can request consolidation through your account. Our team will carefully repack your items, removing unnecessary packaging materials while ensuring proper protection. This process typically reduces the dimensional weight of your shipment, resulting in lower shipping costs.
If you need to return an item to an Indian seller, we can facilitate the return process. Simply notify us of your intention to return the item, and we'll provide you with instructions. Please note that return shipping costs and any restocking fees charged by the seller are your responsibility.
